This portal operates exclusively as a self-guided practice tool. Shivya Digitechs explicitly does not guarantee, claim, warrant, or promise any specific level of personal improvement, medical benefit, vocal recovery, speech transformation, or clinical progress. Individual outcomes and results vary significantly from person to person based on various factors, including individual physical capabilities, personal dedication, baseline conditions, frequency of practice, and user engagement. While we have incorporated our best efforts, structured algorithms, and high-quality exercise assets into our modules, the use of this tool is entirely voluntary and conducted at your own risk and discretion.

2. Strict No-Refund & Non-Transferability Policy

All monetary transactions, payment settlements, subscription purchases, package renewals, and module unlocks executed on VaaniSetu are final, non-negotiable, non-transferable, and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Under no conditions or operational scenarios will a refund, partial reimbursement, chargeback, or account-to-account credit transfer be initiated, approved, or processed once a transaction is completed. This strict policy applies without exception to scenarios including, but not limited to:

• User dissatisfaction with practice outcomes or exercise formats.
• Inability to configure third-party device settings, operating system audio drivers, or Text-to-Speech (TTS) engines.
• Accidental subscription purchases or changes in personal preference.
• Temporary loss of internet connectivity, local hardware failures, or user-side browser incompatibilities.
• Failure to achieve expected individual speech or intonation progress.

Users are strongly advised to thoroughly test available demo features, free previews, and platform specifications prior to making any financial payments or purchasing active subscriptions.

3. Referral & Earn Program Terms & Payout Guidelines

VaaniSetu may offer a Referral and Earn incentive mechanism to encourage community expansion and peer recommendations. Participation in this program is governed by the following operational conditions:

• Right to Modify or Terminate: Shivya Digitechs reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to alter, pause, modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Referral & Earn program (including changing reward percentages, eligibility criteria, or bonus calculations) at any point in time without mandatory prior notice.
• Payout Schedule: Our operational standard is to calculate and deposit verified referral earnings into the participant's designated bank account or portal wallet on or before the 10th day of the subsequent calendar month for the preceding month's accumulated earnings.
• Delays & Exemption of Liability: In event of banking server outages, administrative processing queues, public holidays, technical verification steps, or unforeseen system audits, referral payouts may experience delays. No interest, financial compensation, penalty fee, reimbursement, or additional monetary reward will be provided to any user due to such processing delays.
• Prohibited Manipulation: Creation of fake accounts, self-referrals, automated script registrations, or fraudulent activities intended to exploit the referral system will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all accrued earnings, and permanent termination of the user's primary account.

4. User Data Uploads, Content Rights & Sensitive Data Advisory

To facilitate interactive exercises, speech assessment, and personalized learning journeys, the portal may allow users to record audio samples, upload images, store text notes, and maintain user profiles.

Usage & License Grant: By uploading, storing, or submitting any content, audio files, images, or text responses onto VaaniSetu, you grant Shivya Digitechs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, evaluate, process, and analyze such content strictly for the purpose of operational service delivery, quality analysis, exercise optimization, and platform feature enhancement.

Critical Privacy & Confidentiality Advisory: Users are explicitly instructed and warned NEVER to upload, attach, transmit, or share any sensitive personal identification documents, financial records (such as credit/debit card numbers, bank passbooks, tax records, UPI passcodes), confidential personal photographs, or sensitive medical history onto the portal. VaaniSetu and Shivya Digitechs explicitly disclaim all liability, responsibility, and financial obligation for any security incidents, accidental disclosures, or damages arising from sensitive user data uploaded in violation of this directive.

5. Device TTS Engine & OS Compatibility Disclaimer

All spoken prompts, audio exercises, speech synthesis cues, and sound playbacks within the application rely directly on the default Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine, system synthesizers, and audio codecs installed on your local operating system or physical device (such as Google TTS, Android system voices, iOS voice engines, or desktop web browser speech synthesizers).

Audio output quality, speech naturalness, voice pitch modulation, language availability, volume output, and pronunciation accuracy depend entirely on your specific hardware configuration, device settings, and installed system voice packs. VaaniSetu is not responsible or liable for missing audio functionality, distorted sound output, or language unavailabilities caused by disabled device settings, uninstalled language drivers, or operating system limitations.

6. Platform Data Security & Access Controls

Shivya Digitechs employs industry-standard technical security protocols, server-level firewalls, encrypted database connections, and secure authentication channels to protect your account data, practice logs, and digital transactions against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

While we take comprehensive technical precautions to secure our infrastructure, no method of digital transmission or electronic cloud storage can be guaranteed as 100% immune against sophisticated cyber security threats. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, passwords, and access tokens.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Account Suspension & Termination Rights

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
